They used top quality roofing materials on the entire project, showed up to start on the exact day they promised, removed the old roofing materials down to the decks and even replaced some spots that showed damage at no extra charge. All tear off materials were removed from my property and the crew did a FANTASTIC job of cleaning up and actually went around the buildings several times with magnets to insure all roofing nails were picked up. I’ve not found a single nail!I highly recommend Mark Meadows and Compass Roofing. I called back for specifics and also concerns that may arise in the future … More and he instantly put my mind at ease. I also got an education about what it takes for mold to grow. I was also looking at other roofing companies as well and their quote although comparable price wise was not the same work to be performed. One person warned me of another hurricane that was scheduled for the gulf but I live in Cypress. I could have called and asked him to match Stephen but I don’t respond to scare tactics. They offered military discount (proud Army veteran) and of course I asked Stephen and he immediately said yes and again sent a new quote. I told him I’d call back later if we decided to choose Compass. My husband had some questions as well and Stephen did not hesitate to put his mind at ease. He even sent the company’s bonded and insurance documents after being asked. The best surprise was that he could get to us the very next morning. The job he said that would take 4 hours actually took about 2 hours if that. He even sent pictures of the completed job before sending an invoice. Again WOW! When I get ready to replace my entire roof Stephen at Compass Roofing will be my first and only call. He is honest and from what I have seen does excellent work and I am looking forward to having him do some siding work on the house next!
